SHANNON: BITE ME is an immersive exhibition exploring themes of social isolation, queer identity, loneliness and obsession. The story is told through the lens of the home of Shannon Pat, an eccentric 65 year old trans woman and friend of the artist living in San Francisco.
Through photo portraits, reconstructed soundscapes, found materials and video work, this exhibition seeks to question what happens to those that are left behind and failed by heteronormative society.
