Desperate Living / Opening Party –

Desperate times call for Desperate Living!

Cult pioneers Amy Grimehouse combine forces with drag terrorist Baby Lame, to pay homage to 40 years of the John Waters’ masterpiece ‘Desperate Living’.

Launching this year’s And What? Queer Arts Festival… for one night only immerse yourself into a John Water’s themed wilderness of debauchery and rabid decadence. The night includes a 40th-anniversary film screening and more desperate Drag Queens, putrefying pop up performances and gross out games than you can shake your steak at.

Featuring desperate acts of depravity from…

Lewis G Burton – Acclaimed performance artist
Rubyyy Jones – Queen of Queerlesque
Oozing Gloop – The world’s only autistic green drag queen from Norfolk
The Nightbus – Europe’s Premier Bearded Muslim Drag Queen
Danny Ash – International Boylesque star
Evelyn Carnate – Burlesque sensation

And drag queen wrestling with Wrastling Rita!
